Located in Georgetown, the Four Seasons is eloquent, filled with gorgeous art works, great beds, and is very well located too. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our junior suitewas very large and furnishing extremely tasteful.
This was my first time staying at the Four Season in DC. The service was exceptional. Our room was spacious with a living area and a nice large table. This was business for my husband. We brought along our 5 year old son. We had room service multiple times and each was great. I love their Bolognese on the menu. It's large enough to share. The room is very clean and appears updated if not newly renovated. Staff was very helpful. They offered the hotel car once to get my son and I to the museum. I would definitely return to this hotel.
The hotel and room decor are exquisite. The service quality is even better. At check-in my wife shared what seemed like some passing info about a recent event in our daughter's life. The event was very special to us, but my wife simply assumed the conversation was nothing more than courtesy in the moment. That evening a plate of truffles, decorated to recognize my daughter's event, arrived with a congratulatory note from Colin. What a delightful gesture!
I stayed 2 legs. First was 6 nights then second was 2 nights with 3 days away between them away for business trip. It was not like what Obeid used to at a Four Season property to have 4 out of 6 nights with no hot water and every time they “fix” it it’s broke again. Staff apologetic but what’s good is that with 1 night off I found it almost additionally insulting given the inconvenience...
On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Every need was anticipated and met. The best service at any five star hotel in DC is here at the Four Seasons. I will stay there again and again
Brought my 2 kids for a long weekend getaway, suite was a good size and service was excellent. Excellent location in Georgetown with multiple restaurants nearby. Definitely use the car sercice that they provide, my kids loved the back seats of the Mercedes sedans and we used it often. Can't say enough about the staff, great service for breakfast, room service and front desk staff. Will make this my new hotel while in DC.
We recently visited Georgetown. We have a son who is a senior at the university and enjoy the experience of staying within walking distance of the campus. Staying at The Four Seasons provides us with a sense of calm. We enjoy the level of service provided by the hotel, especially turn-down and room refresh in the evenings followed the next morning by the lovely white table-cloth breakfast. One gets accustomed to these nuances very quickly.
This upscale hotel has the cornered the market on customer service. Each guest has a personal greeter upon arrival. Micheal at reception was engaging and knowledgeable about the hotel and the city. Mel, the concierge and resident art collector, gave us expert advice and was delightful to work with. The hotel has been recently refurbished. It offers fine linens and Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. Our room, 432, was beautifully decorated in neutrals with a splash of color. The bathroom was very large complete with lighted and magnified makeup mirror. Room service was fast, and the food was outstanding. This property has a beautiful restaurant and lively bar. The wine list was excellent. Outside bar seating with fire pits are available. It's a little pricey but worth every penny. Highly recommended!
It's exactly what you would expect from The Four Seasons. All hotels can be judged by the quality of their Turkey Club Sandwich and the Turkey Club at the Four Seasons was a "10" No prostitutes in the lounge was a bit of a drag. But we found plenty of them on K Street.
The Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, The food was excellent. The room was spacious and immaculate. The Courtyard was an excellent location to pass the time of day and enjoy a cocktail. Highly recommend this facility when in Washington DC.
