I always look forward to my stays at this property. The service is unbeatable, the gym and pool are incredible for any location (let alone a hotel), and the room service options are top notch, delicious, and healthy.

We travel to DC often and have been staying at this hotel for the last decade. My grandkids love to come to the hotel because the staff knows us. The service is really why we keep coming back here. Don’t know their secret, but it’s spot on!

My husband and I were just there last weekend for an early celebration Valentine Days. It was surprising how did they all know my name! Had the best massage in their spa, a meal to remember in the steak restaurant, and the service was perfect. It was such a relaxing weekend. I can't wait to go back!

This was my first stay at the Four Seasons Georgetown after coming to Washington for several years. I can't say enough about the friendly, knowledgeable staff who bent over backwards to accommodate every need. I will definitely plan to come back to this beautiful hotel.

This Hotel is everything it should be and more. It is in a fabulous neighborhood, beautifully appointed rooms and fabulous restaurant Bourbon and Steak. The service is impeccable and the staff all on point. One of the Four Seasons best!

We loved everything about this hotel! We felt welcome, well taken care of, and that the staff attended to our every need. They were very good with our dog, and our dog’s needs, too! Fantastic bedding, linens, pillows added to the experience. Plus, the location is fantastic. Highly recommend.

it remains a great and favourite hotel. good service good rooms. excellent concierge. it needs a quiter drinks area. pool is good. breakfast also very good. a gift shop would also be a good addition to amenities.

Great location and easy access to all the amenities DC has to offer. Difficult to turn into the hotel - cars blocking the road access, heavy pedestrian traffic and painfully long traffic signal on Penn Ave. Greeted with outstanding service from Valet through Front Desk and Bellman - all needs anticipated and met! Attended an event on site that evening - outstanding food, service and décor. Extras/services are overpriced - even for DC. Potential problem with ventilation/HVAC in the room - experienced heavy cigarette smell in room all night long (non-smoking hotel).

This was our 4th time staying here, but first since the newly renovated rooms. We stayed in the Premier Suite (upgrade), and it was wonderful! Separate living room with table and chairs, couches, TV and minibar and then bedroom with another TV, chair/table, etc. Tons of space! The closet space was great, as was the bathroom. We ate at the hotel was for Brunch and Room Service, and both were exceptional. My husband was laughing at me because I kept raving about the Mac and Cheese, but it really was better than any I've every had! Brunch is amazing of course, with many options and of course that dessert table is to die for. We didn't eat at Bourbon Steak this time but have before, and it's always consistently wonderful. Concierge gave us some timed passes and helpful tips for the new Museum of African American History, and the front desk was always on-point as well. We got massages which were nice, the spa is beautiful. They have only coed hot tub in all the hotels/spas we've ever stayed in, which we enjoy so we don't have to sit there by ourselves after the massage. Since it was freezing, we didn't go out too much but the streets of Georgetown around the hotel are always enjoyable, with a short walk down to the beautiful Potomac waterfront. CVS right across the street is helpful as well! We cannot wait to return to FS Washington for our next visit!

Arrived at the hotel straight from a trans-Atlantic flight in order to attend a corporate party at the hotel that night. The room was perfect for being able to relax a bit, take a great shower and prepare for the party, and then get a fantastic night's sleep.
