Everything and more!

The property was perect. Beautiful decor and plenty of room. It is centrally located to the Capitol, Smithsonian, convention center and delicious restaurants. The owner Cherrye, very responsive to questions about the property and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in DC!

Great location!

This is a fabulous property located minutes from downtown DC. Check-in was easy and communication with the owner was great. Lots of upgrades in this home make it truly feel like the "Retreat" that is advertised. The only issue we had was the master bedroom on the top floor never cooled off. They did have a fan in there which helped, but it was still very hot. We were there during a heat wave, so I'm guessing it's not always that hot. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again if we're ever back in the area!

DC Getaway

The communication is top tier and the host was attentive to my questions from the start to the very end. The location was perfectly central to U street and the festival grounds with plenty of street parking. Conveniently located to stores and shops. The beds were comfortable and the balconies added a nice touch to the area as we would sit and enjoy the view and weather from the back porch. Safe and quiet area with friendly and welcoming neighbors

Great Family Rental

Our family rented this property to attend our youngest child’s graduation from college. We were so fortunate to find this location. The pictures don’t capture the charm of the home and we were pleasantly surprised! Our host, Cherrye, was fantastic. She was responsive from the initial booking and throughout our stay. The house is fantastic. We had so many positive responses from our family and friends. Additionally, it’s in a great neighborhood, Eckington. We would definitely consider this home for future stays. Thank you Cherrye for making our stay so memorable!!
