Comfy and great neighborhood

We liked the cozy downstairs apartment. It had everything we needed and we even managed to cook successfully. The greatest thing about the place is the fantastic neighborhood. We walked to the museums, monuments and restaurants and felt comfortable sterolling around at night. We would stay here again.

The property is very run down, the furniture is rickety, the shower curtain is stained, the paint is chipping in several areas of the walls, there is a musty smell, the outside grounds are not well kept and the ceilings are extremely low even for a basement apartment.

上の階に滞在していた人が朝5時に起きて、犬二匹が走り回って吠えたりしたことが三日続いたことが最悪でした。 車の駐車に関して、もう少し丁寧な説明が必要だった。 ゴミとリサイクルも出すということは、部屋に入ってみたルールにあったので、こういうことも前もって知らせておくべきだった。安いと思ったが、サービス料なども含めると、それほど安いとはいえないと思う。 近所は黒人が多い地域でお金を恵んでほしいという人もいたが、メトロやレストランにも近くにあって便利だった。
