Overall I enjoyed my stay at CitizenM. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving in my room, I was disappointed that the ipad wasn’t cleaned as it had fingerprints from the previous guests. My room was also missing wash clothes. The temperature in the room was very cool considering operating the temperature from the ipad and turning the heat on max. The room was very compact, as it worked for me as a solo traveler. A special thank you to Riley at the bar, as she was super sweet and very attentive.

the hotel was beautiful & had so many cool amenities! i loved the high tech rooms with ipads to control everything however the beds were extremely hard. it was very uncomfortable to sleep it felt like we were on a cot! the staff was very polite as well but if you want a good nights rest this may not be the place.
