Upon entering the home, you'll step into the peaceful and cozy living room space. It features a smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all on the main floor, creating an inviting space for your entire group to engage in intriguing conversations, gather, dine-in and wine-down.

With Whole Foods less than a 15 minute walk and a kitchen that is fully-stocked, you have access to everything you'll need to make and enjoy meals at home. The kitchen also has a door leading to the outdoor space area.

The home features hardwood floors throughout with stairs leading you to the 2nd level of the home where you will find the two bedrooms, and a full-size bathroom. The main bedroom is plush and with its room darkening curtains, sleeps two very comfortably in a Queen-size bed. From the main bedroom, there's a ladder leading up to the loft area, your dedicated workspace with a desk and chair; excellent for Zoom calls or simply a quiet space to get work done. The second bedroom features a Full-size bed. The room is well-lit with a beautiful skylight.

♦You can expect some street noise due to our proximity to vibrant Old Town streets. With a walk score of 97, it's located steps away from all the bustling and vibrant activities of a city life - shops, restaurants and many more within walking distance.

♦Main bathroom and all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There's a set of stairs to climb to reach the 2nd level.

♦Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application.

Other things to note
1. Health and safety is my top priority! A professional, thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is conducted between guests. Everything from the refrigerator to the remote controls and light switches are cleaned and sanitized. Due to this lengthy cleaning process, late check-outs or early check-ins are extremely difficult to accommodate.

2. Please remember that you're staying in a private residence, not a hotel. Please treat my home with the same respect you would your home. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.

3. The entire city of Alexandria is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other neighbors’ pets during your stay.

4. The bathroom and all bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. One must climb stairs to the reach the 2nd level (see picture).
