This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with in-unit laundry, well appointed kitchen and comfortable living room was the perfect solution to our one-week trip to the DC area to visit friends and family. A hot-button of ours was parking .. and this rental cooled that right off; includes secure underground parking garage. It is just a short walk to the downtown for grocery shopping at Harris-Teeter.We used the nicely provisioned gym on the first floor a few times; excellent high-quality machines. Bonus: less than a half mile walk to Lubber Run Park, which we enjoyed every day. 2 mile walk to Bon Air Rose Garden along the 4-mile trail.Nothing bad to stay about our visit - and in fact, we've booked three days to join family for Thanksgiving.
