Late check out puts the next guest check in at jeopardy and costs us addition fees as the cleaner is paid to wait for the property to be vacated. Thanks for the understanding!

Great place for large families to stay together. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to make meals. Very nice having three full bathrooms. Would stay again. Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our group of 6 fit perfectly with a lot of space. The living area and kitchen are spacious and was a perfect gathering spot. Check in/out very easy and owners have a very quick response time. The garage spot is a tight fit so be careful if you have a larger vehicle. The area is so-so but we took ubers everywhere and had no problems.
This place was AWFUL! Pictures online DO NOT reflect what we walked into. Dirty windowsills, walls ALL marked up and dirty, barstools torn up, couch as comfortable as a cement wall, towels (the very few that we were given) were paper thin and very old, towel holders almost falling out of the wall. And the neighborhood was not safe in the LEAST!! It was SO BAD we left and got a hotel after the 1st night!! 3000 for this place was highway robbery! What an absolute waste of money. This place should NOT be able to be rented to ANYONE! Matthew communicated well at first, but after I told him about what we walked into & asked for some refund, haven’t heard a thing. Sickening!
