Disfruta de este encantador 1br / 1ba (para 2-4+) apartamento inglés en el sótano con entrada privada en una casa histórica de la década de 1890, a poca distancia de Dupont Circle, Logan Circle y el Corredor U Street. Este apartamento amueblado con buen gusto tiene un dormitorio con una cama queen size, un sofá cama queen size, además de varias camas inflables de varios tamaños. Es un lugar perfecto para un viaje de negocios o una visita a los muchos sitios increíbles de DC.

El apartamento está a tiro de piedra de docenas de restaurantes, tiendas, clubes y a poca distancia de dos líneas de metro. The location is excellent and neighborhood is lovely. Frank is a great host and has anticipated every need. Super comfortable bed and quiet at night yet just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable and the location was walkable to a grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with appliances, utensils, and pots and pans so we could cook meals for our family. The host was easy to reach and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Wonderful private space in a great location. The ground floor apartment (English Basement) has a great bed, updated bathroom, kitchen, and living area to serve as a home base during your stay in DC. Everything we needed was available. Communication was great and we plan to stay again.

The host is fantastic. He responded immediately to every text and set up parking so we were able to park on the street for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was within walking distance of everything. I would stay here again.

This was the most amazing place to stay. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to walk. There’s a Trader Joe’s close by also lots of great restaurants close by. It was clean, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Anything you might need while you’re here you have. Absolutely excellent I cannot wait to stay here again.

Our stay here was great. Fantastic neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. Metro was also a walkable distance. Very walkable and safe. The unit was clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. Frank was very responsive and willing to help us with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

I would give this stay a 12 out of 10 The apartment was clean, spacious and the host provided a welcoming atmosphere. Frank was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any texts. The apartment was easy to locate, marked well with easy secure entry. The kitchen boasts a full stove refrigerator microwave and dishwasher Spotless. There was a washer and dryer if needed ( we didn’t) but it was nice to know it was available. Parking on the street was easily available We were there for 3 nights (with record heat) and found it a relaxing retreat after seeing the monuments We highly recommend

Things I loved about this stay: it was affordable, easy to get in with a code, a lovely spacious basement unit with nice lighting despite being in the basement, instruments on the wall we could play, nice options in the cupboard, such as coffee, homey, tea, Nutella (!!), everything we could have wanted in the way of kitchen gear, convenience of a washer and dryer, and lots of other nice details that made our stay so much easier than staying in a hotel, not to mention cheaper, in a great neighborhood, close to fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend this place. Host was available and accommodating - when he found out we were getting into DC well before check in time, he let us drop our things off in his upstairs unit so we could go explore the city.

Cozy & Convenient!

Loved staying at this property! An under 10 minute walk to the Green Line station and many restaurants. Parking was easy to find and the owner was very helpful in getting the permit and the check-in / check-out process. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here.
