The home is located in the safest part of DC, very close to groceries, restaurants & metro red line Transit that takes you to DC attractions.
The basement apartment in this house offers 1 oversized bedroom with queen & full size beds & full bath room. Next to the bed room there is a huge studio with queen size sofa bed & XL twin beds with full bathroom . Additionally there is a recreation area w/75” TV in the studio . Next to the studio there is full kitchen w/full bathroom & the exit to the patio. Guests have their own private entrances to the apartment from the front & rear of the house on the ground level without enveloping stairs . Two vehicles free parking is reserved for guests on the owner’s driveway. There is the recreational Patio in the backyard exclusively for the guests.
Owners live on the upper floor, completely separated from the guest’s rental space.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Very nice basement living space & a wonderful neighborhood! Very spacious, very clean! We stayed 7 days and didn’t see the owners once lol I had Amazon deliveries & owner made sure to put them at our door. Everything was perfect. The only cons I can think of is no television in one of the bedrooms but it wasn’t a big deal. You also can hear the family above you but that is to be expected but nothing too loud or anything just mainly walking. They are very respectful of their guest. The home was also 2 miles from where I needed to go so that was a plus! I would definitely recommend and stay at this house again!

The Vrbo was very clean and in excellent condition. The neighborhood felt safe, with very minor traffic. The free parking was a plus, especially considering it's around the DC area.

The location, cleanliness, neighborhood, convenience, communication were all excellent. The second bedroom was part of a larger family room, not actually a separate bedroom. The beds were as advertised, however, depending on the circumstances the lack of privacy could be an issue. There were 2 full baths and it was lovely with a great kitchen.

Very clean, well kept place. The coffee pods/coffe maker and freezer full of ice was a nice touch. Very nice morning shaded patio area to enjoy your coffee. Linens, towels, shower supplies, and a few extras in the kitchen made our stay seemless. Air conditioning worked VERY well and we were so happy to come back to that after being in 90 degree heat. We couldn't have had a better experience and the owner is fantastic. He was very accomodating to let our band set up and do a little practicing. 10 out of 10!

Modern, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient access to restaurants, grocery, Metro station. Small, thoughtful amenities made our family's stay even more special. Snacks left for our arrival, board games, books across all genres and for all ages were made available. Would definitely stay again.

Nice clean accommodations and good location

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a great location to visit DC as it is within walking distance (maybe not for really young kids or the elderly) to a Metro station and stores and restaurants. The place was very clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks (and especially the ready-to-use coffee maker!). There was a good availability of entertainment including a large-screen TV, books, and board games. It was spacious and easily accessible. Thanks.

Quiet Neighborhood

Quiet Neighborhood, Courteous Hosts

My 11 year old son and I loved our stay at this property. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and even brought out their ping pong table because my son wanted to play. They had great amenities and plenty of room for more than just the 2 of us. Everything was very clean and even though the hosts live above the apartment, they were very quiet. The neighborhood was beautiful, too. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit D.C. and the surrounding areas.

Felt like home!

The space was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great for families! There was plenty of friendly, helpful communication with the owner. They left many small thoughtful and personal touches that made us feel like we were home! I will def be back if I head to the DC area again.
