It offers 1 oversized bedroom with queen & full size beds, Basement studio with queen size sofa bed & XL twin beds, 2 full bathrooms, recreation area w/75” TV & full kitchen, free parking on the owner’s driveway & street.
Owner’s live on the upper floor, completely separated from the guest’s rental space.
Guests have their own entrances & exit to the rental space. Washer & Dryer are free for guests staying 5 or more nights.
There is the recreational Patio in the backyard exclusively for the guests to enjoy what ever they feel to do.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area.
