The basement flat is perfect for a single person or a couple. Everything was clean and uptodate. The thermostat was a little too modern. It was hard to figure out. Nice front sitting area. Back sitting area is very usable for hanging out. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. It’s reasonably priced for the location. Happened to be there during the H-St. Festival (perfect location). I would definitely use this property again.
