Nothing to eat and nothing to drink. The wine. The 'resort fee' at $22.99 was unreasonable. WiFi is the only thing I got out of it..

This property was nice on the outside ugly on the inside. The rooms were old and very dirty. The only good thing was the breakfast and the lobby.

Hotel was clean, in a prime location for walking to the capitol building, free WiFi. Parking was a bit pricey at $70 and our car got broken into along with 4 or 5 others. The hotel cleaned the car and replaced the glass, also waived the parking fee (though I already paid, haven't received the refund yet). They handled the break in efficiently and curteously. However my low review of the staff is because my daughter's iPad went missing between checkout when they held our bags and when we returned for the car in the afternoon. There were different staff on in the afternoon who were apologetic but could offer no explanation or reimbursement.

We needed soap for both bathroom sink AND shower. Dangerous for bath lover to attempt to get soap from those things hung on the wall. My husband hated the controls on the shower.

Capitol Hill is a great area in DC! We liked the fact the hotel was so close to the Capital, the Yards, the Library of Congress and the Supreme Court building, as well as just blocks from the Metro.

I absolutely loved the staff and the welcoming atmosphere. They were there anytime I had a question or needed direction.

Location is superb. Facilities adequate. Staff and managment good.

Great location, quiet room, friendly staff and nice breakfast! It's very convenient walking to the Capital, Visitor Center, Library of Congress and Metro Subway station...

Great and completely comfortable stay. Will be there again!

Very friendly staff and located near Metro and in walking distance to Capitol

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!

great location very nice helpful professional people running the hotel

I had business at the Capitol and the location couldn't have been better. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel has a classy, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere that is lovely to come back to after a full D.C. day.

This hotel is located in a very quiet residential area but is very accessible to transportation. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The shower worked great with consistent hot water. There was a happy hour daily from 5-6 serving wine and cookies. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast included: sausage, eggs, cold meat and cheese, hot cereal, cold cereals, bagels, toast, toaster waffles and sweet rolls. The breakfast was OK but the coffee was always great. Free coffee, water and hot tea was in the lobby. The hotel was a one block walk to the Metro. We took the Metro to/from the airport...easy. I loved the city bus called the Circulator...bus stop 2 blocks from the hotel. For $1 (you used your Metro card) it took you to Union Station or south toward the Navy Yard. You could transfer to a Washington Mall bus for no additional charge. I would stay here again...great experience!

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Next time I will make my reservation directly with the hotel.
