this was a very nice rental. managment team was great. The house is large. The house is probably 4-5 years old, so there are some things that are breaking here and there, furniture / fixtures wise, but nothing that was a huge deal. Overall for the money it was a great location, our group had a wonderful time.

Great overall experience. We weren't able to use the pool as much as we wanted because the cover was on it and water temp was well above 90.

Best home we've ever rented!
Rented this home for a family vacation - 6 kids between 13 and 24, along with a few friends - for a total of 10 of us. There was more than enough room for everyone. They had everything! - pool, spa, incredible views, spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, a roof-top deck with 360 degree views. Everything was incredible. We had a few hiccups, but communication with the management and local teams made it all go smooth. We had an amazing trip to Utah, and the house was just the cherry on top!

This house was perfect for our family of 21. It was clean and well-stocked. We loved how each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The large bunk room had a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink — and then two other sinks outside of the bathroom. Loved the upstairs loft with TV and video games for the kids to hang out. Plenty of room for everyone to eat inside, plus room outside too. We loved the roof-top patio in the evenings. It costs 150 per day to heat the pool if desired. We paid the money ahead of time to heat it for one day but the maintenance man didn’t come to turn on the heater until halfway through the day. The pool had a retractable, solid cover which is nice for safely with toddlers. But we had to call and message to find out how to control it. Also, we received directions beforehand to bring towels to use at the backyard pool and not take bath towels outside. But when we arrived, there were striped towels for use at the pool. Packing towels takes a lot of room so it would have been nice to know some were there. It was great that they provided two pack n plays and a small portable crib. We were ready to enter the house right at 4:00 but hadn’t received the door code yet but afte messaging and calling we received it 10-15 minutes later. We had a great stay! Beautiful views! We recommend! Debating 4 or 5 stars.

Family Thanksgiving
The family gets together every other year. Over the years we have grown to 20 people ages 5-83. The house was great for this many people. The kids loved the pool. The teens played on their computers. The adults had lots of time to visit. Food was kept in the kitchen while drinks were in the smaller refrigerator by the grill. It was a fun time.

Beautiful Home
Beautiful home, very clean. There was just a few maintenance issues. A rung on one of the bunk bed ladders snapped off. Could have caused an injury, thankfully did not. We noticed later in the reviews that we weren’t the first to experience this. Also there was a horrible smell coming from underneath the fridge. Like stinky feet. We think there’s a leak.?. We put a towel around the base of the fridge that seemed to help contain the smell. Nothing that would stop me from staying there …but needs to be taken care of.

One of our favorite houses!
The literature and contract with our rental home was very misleading. The kitchen was much better stocked and equipped than I was lead to believe and had everything plus more than we needed. And the linens were much better than the contract indicated. The beds were amazing and each bedroom had an attached bathroom which spoiled all of us for life! Any problem was taken seriously and solved in less than 30 minutes. The house had fabulous gathering places. The patio furniture was the best and the golfing and shuffle board added so much fun. Everyone in our group raved about the house. Don’t let the strictly worded contract scare you. The house had everything!
