A perfect base for your southern downs getaway

Cosy, self-contained, studio style cottage. Guests are welcome to make full use of all facilities. A large entertaining area with barbeque and fire pit. Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck.
Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included.
We can cater for two, having a queen bed.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an electric kettle. Housekeeping is available on request.

Beautiful studio granny flat. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. However, when booked (10months), there was a sofa bed, and when we arrived it had been broken by a previous holiday maker and not replaced. However, owners supplied a double self-inflating mattress which worked too.

Sue & Marty sure know how to look after their guests! We arrived very very late (10pm) and I was in communication with them advising where we were during the day. Marty stayed up to welcome us which was very kind of him. They’re in a great location, nice quiet neighbourhood. Love the spread of breakfast items. Everything has been so thoughtfully provided. Thank you and we will definitely stay again.

Nicely placed on the outskirts of Warwick. Very nicely appointed 1 bedroom accommodation. Very tidy. Owners met us on arrival. 2 boys slept in foldout couch in living area. Great for a weekend getaway.

This little cabin was perfect for our overnight stay in Warwick. It had everything we needed from air-con (for warmth on a cold Winter's night) to milk, butter, jam and toast. It is a 5 min drive to downtown Warwick. The photos don't do it justice. It is clean, bright and more modern than it appears in the photos.

Marty & Sue have a great little spot. The granny flat was self contained away from the main house & was very cosy. We visited for a track day at Morgan Park & this is was perfect for what we needed. It was raining & we were able to park our trailer undercover which was an added bonus. We will visit again.
