Just steps away from Lake of the Ozarks with a boat launch. This is a studio apartment-in my garage. Clean, fully furnished. Two full size beds. Dresser and night stands. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans etc… Bathroom has a walk in shower and linens. Back patio has a gas grill and patio set forgour enjoyment. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Park like atmosphere walk to the lake, enjoy picnic areas and great fishing.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker. Change of towels is available on request.
