Łóżko skrzypi i dość mocno buja się na takich cienkich nóżkach. Jest głośno , słychać praktycznie każdego lokatora z piętra , tak samo jest gdy ktoś schodzi po schodach nie mówiąc o irytującym dźwięku domofonu który włącza się za każdym razem gdy ktokolwiek wejdzie do budynku. Woda pod prysznicem praktycznie nigdy nie jest wystarczająco ciepła i leci pod niskim ciśnieniem. Obiekt ładnie urządzony i utrzymany w czystości. Dość drogi jak na wady gdy za kawałek tej ceny można spokojnie wynająć lepsze mieszkanie już po drugiej stronie ulicy niestety było już zajęte.
