Very nice hotel , I would say my stay was too short.

Located at the exact center of the city, the Polonia is excellent for seeing the sights. The room was larger than what I am used to in Europe, well furnished and well cleaned every day. The entire staff, front desk, concierge and restaraunt were very helpful.

Hotel is well appointed, staff was very nice and responsive. Great location for public transportation. Will be staying there again on our next visit. Breakfast buffet may be the best we have seen in Europe.

Nice hotel and very clean and comfortable. The Restaurant is on the expensive side and it is mediocre food. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is a bit of a walk away from the old town and castle. Perfectly fine in spring and summer ... but painful in January. but a nice shopping area .

Convenient location! 20 - 30 minutes walk to the old town, but you get to walk along the street where there are all shops and restaurants! Try the restaurants in the hotel and you will not be disappointed! Parking is outside but close to the hotel!

A very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others seeking an old fashioned, charming hotel experience.

From the moment you walk off the busy street and into the lobby, you know you're in a special place. The surroundings are elegant and relaxing, the staff is professional and the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient.

I had a great stay at Polonia palace the room was clean and spacious and the staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel room had a very nice view over the TV tower - we were high up in the building. The amenities were nice. Gym and sauna was clean and serene. Hotel staff was helpful. Good location. The room was sound-proofed in a good way.

It is very close to the central warsaw. One of the oldest buildings

Great location, had a room with view of the Culture Palace, Stalins gift to Warsaw - stunning.

First time we stay in renovated Polonia Palace Five Star Hotel. First contact Lady from Check in rude. Rooms do not meet Five Stars Hotels. Soap dispenser in the Bathroom. Really? For all guests one after another?. No slippers, no robe. No shampoo, no conditioner etc. Lobby very nice. Location Center Warsaw Morning Buffe GREAT Polonia Palace need to change customer service .

A historic building renovated and upgraded nicely. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Hotel is located across from the Central station.

Fabulous in every way....even caught the 93rd anniversary party.....

I have picked this supposevely upscale hotel to make my one day stay in Warsaw a memorable experience. It may have been a luxury place many years ago, by the standards of the Soviet era. Chairs in the front lobby are unforgettably dirty. The room was comfortable, but somewhat outdated. Location is considered central, but the area not attractive due to proximity to the Central station.

The Polonia Palace can be one of the best values in Warsaw. Although the rooms are not large by US standards, they are clean and comfortable. Don't miss the sauna and workout facility. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with omlettes, lots of meats and cheeses, caviar and vodka (on the day I was there), and tasty pastries.
