Average apartment in secure residence

Apartment condition was not as advertised with furniture not provided such as chairs, sofa, locked cabinets inaccessible and broken cabinets locked. Reported all to the property manager however nothing was done. Requested a service which was not provided. I sent photos of conditions yet this didn't result in any change.

P&O Apartments: A Disgrace to my Polish Race

Supposed to get free garage parking. Remote not in room as told. Tried to phone office. Phones turned off. Went back to office. Was told previous tenants also had trouble finding remote but that they found it near TV. Returned and scoured room for remote without success. Returned to office a 3rd time. Was told cleaning staff couldn't find remote after previous tenants vacated, and that she forgot to tell me that??? Was told cleaning staff would leave remote in safe box the next day. Didn't happen and I received parking ticket for parking on street. Back to office a 4th time. Took copy of parking ticket and said she would send it to management. Gave me e-mail address to submit formal complaint. Told me that cleaning staff would leave remote tomorrow. Finally got remote on last day of stay. Room was also in poor condition. Both sofa beds were broken and couldn't be used. Furniture was filthy and gross. E-mailed complaint and got auto-reply saying that complaints received after 24 hours of check in are not accepted. Sent additional e-mails to determine status of complaint but have received nothing back. When P&O Apartments advertise that they have been providing quality and service for 14 years, they forgot to put the word "terrible" before the word quality. I am disgusted with this company and there poor service and quality. P&O Apartments is a disgrace to my Polish race.

Nigdy więcej!!! Nie polecam!!!

W ofercie obiektu miało być zapewnione miejsce parkingowe, którego jak się okazało nie było a parkowanie w okolicy tylko w płatnej strefie. Apartament brudny i złe utrzymany. Hydraulika w łazience cieknie, duże nasłonecznienie nagrzewa mieszkanie i wymusza otwarcie okien co sprawia, ze w mieszkaniu jest taki hałas ze trzeba do siebie nawzajem krzyczeć! Nie polecam!!!
