The unique studio apartment is designed for 3 people and has an area of 26 m2. The interior consists of a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is an excellent choice for those traveling to the business district of Warsaw. The living room has two single beds, a fold-out armchair providing accommodation for one person, a table with two chairs and a TV set. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. It also has a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven and tea and coffee making facilities. The room opens onto a balcony overlooking the courtyard, so you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the city and relax. The bathroom is designed in a modern style, with a functional use of space. The apartment's decor is bright and subdued, with shades of beige and white. Wooden elements and stylish furniture create a unique and relaxing atmosphere. For our guests we provide fresh linens, towels, a set of toiletries and Internet access, in the form of WIFI.

It is an attractive location, which is evidenced by excellent transport links to the city centre, the possibility of fast access to the metro station, the proximity of the railway station and the airport - the nearest metro station is less than 2.3 km from the estate, the Warszawa Służewiec railway station is 900 metres away, and Chopin Airport is only 3 km away! The convenient location makes it possible to take advantage of the city's wide range of amenities, as well as offering excellent access to cultural, retail and catering establishments.
