I really like this hotel. Very comfortable room, helpful staff and good food at breakfast. Just around the corner from the Warsawa Centralna train station and one block from the Palace of Culture.

The hotel location was great, walking distance to Pałac Kultury and new mall across the street. The staff was friendly, the room quite roomy and beds very comfortable.

This hotel is in a prime location next to the Central Railway Station for those arriving by train. Guests arriving by air are a train ride away from the airport to the Central Station. The hotel is easy to walk to and adjacent to a modern shopping mall and local attractions. The hotel had large comfortable rooms. The only drawback for me was that the tv programs were in many foreign languages except one. CNN. Not every English speaking guest wants to listen to CNN all the time.

The location is great, right in the center, it's very comfortable and the price is right.

Location is prime ... across the street from galleria with such variety of places to eat (and fashions, if you're into contemporary shopping). Just on the other side of the galleria, well within easy walking distance, is the train/bus station. Very convenient. Easy to get a bus to the Old City and to the airport. So many other places you want to see within walking distance. Staff was fabulous in helping me schedule a last minute tour of Warsaw when the company I had scheduled with stood me up. The tour guide was wonderful, to boot! Rooms are large, clean, comfortable ... among the best I stayed on my trip.

The hotel is situated in a central position and next to a very large modern shopping mall. The rooms are clean and generally quiet from outside noise. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all my time at this hotel was very pleasurable.

perfect location nice, freindly , clean rooms free WIFI is only in the lobby area available not in rooms :)

This hotel is pretty good for a short night stay, when staying overnight in Warsaw as a part of a longer train trip. Close to train station, good quality, not very expensive.

Better than any US Holiday Inn I have seen, but not a bargain. For amount paid, would expect some basics. When asked for bar soap and hair conditioner at front desk, non english speaking person sent to room with another of the tubes in the bathtub that is combination body soap, shampoo and conditioner. The 3 other hotels in Poland we stayed in did not have this cheap utilitarian approach.

The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were a dream. The food was good.

A centrally-located hotel with helpful staff, the hotel seemed to cater while I was there to tour groups. My room was quiet and clean. The lack of affordable internet in the room was a small inconvenience, but the internet is free in the lobby (with a password given by the front desk) and so I have no complaints. Within walking distance of the old town . . .

Good location, good value, very clean

I like it very much!

It was great, except I did not realize that breakfast was not included in my Orbitz package. I sort of assumed it was, this being Europe and all.The first day I went to the breakfast room and, not wanting to search for another place, I ended up paying 82 zlotys (27 dollars) for breakfast. This is exorbitant even by American standards!

Overall, a very nice hotel. Breakfast, however, was a major disappointment. Breakfast was a Buffet. There was no other choice. Either eat the Buffet or go elsewhere. I want to be able to sit down, place an order. Order what I want, like I want and have some one serve it to me. To stand in line, eat what others think is important, done the way others think it should be done is not my kind of Breakfast. Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. Give people a choice. My Opinion and that of my wife is that we would not stay there again, and in the future will inquire whether the next Holiday Inn has similar arrangements. For this reason all I cannot recommend it.
