Posizione eccellente ma purtroppo situato al piano terra proprio sul marciapiede in strada!!
L'appartamento è vetusto, con mobili di legno del dopoguerra!
I tanti tappeti non lo rendono adatto a perone allergiche.
Il pavimento in legno scricchiola rendendo rumorosa qualunque attività notturna.
Ottimo il segnale WiFi.
Molto bene il riscaldamento e la doccia bollente.
Bagno senza finestra.
