This cottage was built in 2023. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Will accommodate up to 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen including linens. Bath towels and start up supplies are included. You are just steps away from the waters edge. With pier space to park a boat. After a great day on the water come back to relax on the deck and light a fire in the fire pit. Gas grill and propane is also a great added feature to this large comfortable cottage.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Amazing rental experience!

We absolutely loved our syay in this cottage. Our group of friends spent the weekend here for a local wedding. There were 9 guests in all and it was absolutely comfortabel for all of us. There was plenty of room and a great living space. Communication with the host was always easy and steamlined. They worked very hard to give us a good experience! Would be happy to book this again!

The cabin was fantastic so clean and Comfortable. Kathy Was an exceptional host and an amazing person She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The cabin is close to a little store and several restaurants on the lake If you are looking for something close to the water, this is a definite find! You won’t be disappointed!

We all enjoyed the time spent at Big Barbee. From an amazing host Kathy to time spent with five cousins together for a week. Tennessee and Middlebury apart and thoroughly enjoy this cottage. Clean, beautiful, and no problems at all. Thanks Kathy for the experience!!
