The best hotel in town. Excellent location, friendly staff, and delicious food. It was the perfect stay at the perfect place.

The Bristol was nice but haunted by its distinguished past that was gutted and replaced by imitation art nouveau and palatial rooms were replaced by cramp quartered clutter with run of the mill, generic luxury.

Had a driver pick us up at the airport. He spoke great English and gave us information on sites and attractions as we drove by them. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Location is just absolutely perfect. The Old Town is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The Cafe Bristol was excellent for breakfast or lunch. The bed was very comfortable but the bath tub was a little small. Overall it was an excellent experience and great value!

My husband and I stayed here on business without an idea of what to expect. The room -- in fact, the entire hotel -- is beautifully done, with art deco touches. The hotel is one of the few that survived WWII, and it has been lovingly restored. Staff was attentive. Only drawback I can offer: there was no cafe/restaurant open until 8 am (although room service was available).

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Overall the hotel's location is excellent. However, the air conditioner does not work well. When I inquired with the front desk, they said that unless the outside temp is really hot, a/c is not effective. Had a tough time sleeping due to room being hot. They did not have a pedestral fan either. They were willing to open the window if I signed a waiver that they are not responsible for theft. I would not go to this hotel next time.

I used to live in Warsaw, and this hotel is a landmark full of history-- it was great to have a chance to step inside, and I wasn't disappointed.

Excellent Hotel, perfect location. We decided to eat breakfasts in the near cafes for the experience and for the fraction of hotel breakfast cost. Watch out for currency exchange across the street from the hotel.

This is the perfect hotel for those who would like to spend a few days in Warsaw within walking distance of the nicest part of town. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, newly renovated with a lovely pool, sauna, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Would definately stay there again!

I always stay at Bristol when in Warsaw. Love this hotel. It is beautiful, well run and at excellent location for me. Close to most beautiful parts of Warsaw and my family. I stayed there for two week in August 2012. I had very good service throughout my stay. All my request were fulfilled within 5-7 minutes of my calls for service needed. Room was large and comfortable. I would never stay anywhere else in Warsaw. People working at Bristol are very courteous and all speak English well.

I spend over 180 days per year staying in hotels and Bristol Warsaw was one of the best that I have experienced. The location was amazing (next to the President's Palace, short walk to Old Town, easy access to Warsaw trams) and the service and quality of the room was outstanding. Without question I will stay here again when I visit Warsaw!

Location cannot be beat. Given the traffic situation in Warsaw, you can find much cheaper hotels downtown (Srodmiescie), but it would be hard to get around from there. This location is incredible - you can walk straight into Old Town, etc. But, it was a lot of money - quite a premium. And, beautiful old hotel, nice furnishings, but shabby here and there. Breakfast foods were not that fresh - it looked like the cheese had been on the same plates for days, and just brought out over and over again. Really nice pool, sauna, and workout room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, great for a few days, but we won't return to that hotel.

Impressive hotel I return to again and again. Perfectly situated on the Royal Way and a short stroll into the historic Old Town, with professional staff and elegant comfort. Concierge and front desk staff will go the extra mile to fnd things out for you like restaurants, shops and how to get around. Gives a real sense of the glamor of old Warsaw.

A perfectly located grand hotel right on the royal road from the castle and old town to the National Museum. Rooms are elegantly appointed with great bathrooms; we had a view of an adjacent park. Very nice swimming pool, sauna and steam in the basement. Rates[...] were extremely reasonable--indeed, quite inexpensive--but any extras (e.g., cocktails at the bar) were costly. One other small drawback: no English language narrative television (only CNN). Still--a great experience, highly recommended.

Hotel Bristol is an amazing place to stay. The highest quality service and experience of the kind , professional people. Great food , excellent, sophisticated place and service in reception . Fantastic location!!!!!!!

I liked the hotel. The clerks were all friendly and could speak English. The only negative was that when we checked out early morning, the clerk then spoke English the least of any of them, and tried to have us pay for the whole stay on our credit card again, rather thatn just the phone calls we made. It took a while to get that cleared.

This is a wonderful hotel with a rich tradition and top-shelf service. The times when business Warsaw takes a break (weekends and holidays) it is also a tremendous value. The location is perfect for tourists with key bus lines going right in front of the hotel and most sights an easy walk away anyway. For all the elegance, the bathrooms seem a little lifeless and institutional. Top-notch all the way, of course, but along with the corridors there seems to be some cost-cutting in these areas. Now, old timers tell me that pre-war Bristol couldn't be beat by any hotel on the planet, but for now the excellent beds, service, and location make this is top pick for Warsaw on my list.

First class accommodations.

Exceptional Location, right in the pedestrian only area next to the current presidential Residence and the Historic Palace. Great Room with large, spacious bathroom. Only a short walk from the old town and conveniently located with respect to all kinds of eating places. Very helpful, English speaking staff. Great Restaurant and coffee house on the premises.

This is a very luxurious hotel and it is very central to everything. You are walking distance to the Old City, university, monuments such as the Fallen Soldiers, The Uprising, etc. If you interested in shopping they have a new mall with very upscale stores. Many of the people spoke English. Our last trip we stayed at another 5 star hotel but we were away from the action.

This hotel has its long and proud history in Poland. Legacy has its value enshrined in it. You can experience by yourself. Small but beautiful, the elgant service etc.
