In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Pre-arrival grocery service. Public car park at 500 m, extra. Grocery 40 m, restaurant 10 m, bus stop 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 26 km. Check-in and check-out is fully automatic, keys are collected from a locker.
2-room apartment 70 m2 on 2nd floor. Beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free).
