Located in the Warroad Estates, you will be within walking distance to the Warroad Estates Marina, Golf course, and ATV/snowmobile trails. Our driveway can accommodate 2 trucks with 28 ft trailers and a third vehicle also. Three spacious bedrooms featuring four queen beds, guests find plenty of room to relax. Two bathrooms include a bathtub and shower, making mornings and evenings easy and comfortable. The house stays cozy with 4 fire places and cool with AC, ensuring a superb stay no matter the season. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended break, this home provides a welcoming space to recharge and enjoy your time away. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
