You will feel right at home in this 5 bedroom/4 (full) bath spacious, open floor plan home with modern furnishings and appliances. The house is located on a quiet dead end street just steps from the Sugarbush bus-route and a 1/8 mile distance from the base of Sugarbush Village and Lincoln Peak ski area. Hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails accessible from the driveway. Minutes from the golf course.

Spacious living room with large couch and plenty of chairs designed to accommodate the whole family. Large smart TV for sports and movies. Full sized desk with monitors and high speed internet can support multiple Zoom calls. The adjacent dining room and kitchen area has a large table with seating for up to 12 and a modern kitchen will stainless steel appliances. Brand new patio (2025) with a grill, Solo stove fire pit and outdoor seating. Peloton and yoga mats in the living room - bring your own shoes and must use phone/ipad to play the classes.

The bedrooms are comfortable with space for everyone in the extended family. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, TV and en-suite bath with shower. Adjacent to the master is a room with 2 twin beds. There is also a third bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the main floor, there is a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bunk room that comfortably sleeps 4 children and has its own smart TV for movie night. The bunk room also has a crib.

This home has everything you need for a mountain escape at any time of year
- comfortable sleeping arrangements, spacious kitchen with like-new appliances, hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails right outside the back door and skiing just minutes away. This house is perfect for 1 or 2 families, and we will consider dogs too!

Kitchen could have been equipped with a hand mixer or potato masher. Refrigerator had other people’s stuff in it causing a little confusion. As well as the Mud room.More hooks in Master bath would be nice. Interior door from mud room - the closing mechanism sticks so door does not stay closed. The had vac in kit near fireplace doesn’t work. There needs to directions for TV. (Just things you should know.)

This home is in a fabulous location for skiing and fits 1-2 families comfortably. There is a large table in the kitchen that is fantastic for having meals and hanging out and playing games. The kitchen is very well stocked if you choose to cook in. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic house in a wonderful location. We really enjoyed staying here. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. Hosts are friendly and communicative. Can't beat the location, especially for a ski trip. Layout of the house is perfect if you have two families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Huge bookshelf filled with puzzles and board games kept everyone, including kids, occupied during apres ski. Appreciated that the hosts were dog-friendly. Would absolutely recommend this house to others!

Perfect Location!

The house was in the perfect location to Sugarbush, super convenient. The house itself had a great layout and flow. Perfect for three families with plenty of room. My only wish was that it had a hot tub :). Other than that it was perfect!

Fun Ski House

Our stay was fantastic. The house is cozy and has everything you might need, including a shuttle bus down the road to transport you to the ski resort. We had 2 families with young children. We had plenty of space and sleeping options. Can't wait to come back!

New Years

This was our third year at Shady Lane for either Christmas or New Years. The house is always very clean and check in was extremely easy. The house is well appointed with everything you need to cook and relax by the fireplace after a great day of skiing. The location cannot be beat with super easy access to Sugarbush. The host was extremely responsive and we look forward to more stays at this property!
