With ski-in/ski-out access to Lincoln Peak, winter days begin right from your doorstep. In warmer months, a shared pool open June through September and nearby tennis courts invite leisurely afternoons. Inside, the living area centers around a fireplace, where families and friends gather after time on the slopes. Large windows bring in natural light, while a vintage Pac-Man arcade game, darts, board games, and a game console keep everyone entertained. Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle, ensuring meals come together with ease. A spacious dining table encourages shared meals and long conversations, framed by views of the surrounding trees and peaks.

Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. The main floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed and twin sleeper chair. Upstairs, two bedrooms each include a king bed, while the fourth has a twin-over-twin bunk, twin window bed, and twin trundle, ideal for kids or groups. A queen pull-out couch in the living room provides added flexibility. Linens, towels, and essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer for convenience.

Family-friendly features
Families will find thoughtful touches such as a high chair, pack ’n play, and room-darkening shades for restful naps. Open space outside offers room to play, while cozy bedrooms give everyone a quiet retreat to recharge.
