Rooms were clean, nice size living room had lots of seating, 4 bedrooms all upstairs (stairs could use updated carpeting), 2 bathrooms -- 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs off the kitchen (the shower downstairs hot water is on the right and cold water is on the left). Would have given it 5 stars if there was air conditioning and laundry accessibility (Upstairs was quite warm and not enough towels for our gathering.) Side note...Back porch is spacious, partly covered and was nice to sit and relax outside; however, kind of high off the ground, and the railing tips back and has big gaps making it not safe for little ones. Family friendly for older kids.
