Nestled on thirty acres of private land and adjacent to 300+ acres of the newly created Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, this peaceful retreat offers stunning ocean views and a private beach—ideal for a quiet getaway. Please note the nearby family house may also be occupied, with shared access to the lawn, parking, and beach.
The space
Perched on a bluff with a large, sloping lawn, the cottage offers breathtaking south-facing views across the Bay to the Elizabeth Islands. The waters are warm and inviting for swimming, while the breakwater-protected private beach is perfect for fishing or beach walks. To the east, enjoy the Cape Cod Canal and its interesting ship traffic; to the west, watch beautiful sunsets over Marion.
Inside, the cottage is bright and airy, with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts you need for a relaxing retreat. Pets are welcome, and the property is just minutes from Route 28, with shopping, restaurants, and a water park nearby.

The description completely undersold this place. Great spot, clean and comfortable. Hiked from the front door in the mornings, beach in the afternoon. Placed was fully stocked up needing only staples. Thanks Marty! Hope to get back here soon.

Relaxing Retreat
We had a fabulous week. The house was perfect and the beach setting was relaxing and rejuvenating. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Communication with the host was timely, efficient, and accomodading. The private beach and spacious yard was perfect for privacy, viewing sunsets, and enjoying the summertime ocean breezes.
