Our beautiful semi-detached house for 2-4 people, newly built in 2016, offers everything you could want for a relaxing holiday: from the terrace a partial view of the nature reserve, a quiet yet central location (a few 100 m to the center), a fully furnished, modern house to relax. It is only about 300 m to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach in Schillig is 2 km away. There are 5 bicycles (3 x 28 inches and 2 children's bicycles) available for you to use freely.

Important: The rental property is allergy-friendly and a non-smoking property.
Pets and Animals in general are expressly not allowed.

Our semi-detached house is for 2 to 4 people on 2 floors

Garden shed:
3 women's bikes (28Z), 1 bike has a smaller frame, so that even children from the size of approx. 140 cm can ride it, children's bikes (20Z and 24Z), children's bike seat, bobby car, handcart, grill
(Possibility to borrow additional bikes in the center). The use of bicycles is at your own risk,

- Blinds are attached to all windows, e.g. T. are also electrical.
- 1 parking space directly at the house, additional parking spaces in the public parking lot

The initial equipment with dishcloths, tea towels, washing-up liquid, garbage bags, cleaning agents and toilet paper, as well as the additional costs (electricity, water, gas and garbage, WiFi) are of course included in the price.


When the keys are handed over, the flat rate of EUR 70.00 for the final cleaning, handing over of the keys, issuing of spa cards and administrative expenses must be paid in cash to the rental service.


On request you can book bed linen, towels and bath towels. The cost per person for the laundry package is EUR 10 and will be charged on site when the keys are handed over by our administrator (as well as the visitor's tax). When booking this package, the beds are of course freshly made.
From 2020, the cost of the laundry package will be 15 euros per person.

During the main vacation periods (summer vacation, autumn vacation, Christmas vacation and Easter holidays) we prefer to rent weekly. Arrival day in the summer vacation is Saturday or by arrangement.
Exceptions to this are booking gaps - just look at our calendar and contact us.
