Disliked: Cleanliness
Die Wohnung "Salzbrise" konnten wir wegen eines Wasserschadens nicht beziehen und wurden daher zwei Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn in die Wohnung C7 "Nordlicht" umgebucht. Diese Wohnung war unter aller Kanone. Geputzt wurde erst nach Aufforderung. WLan funktionierte nicht. Außerdem Schimmel an den Fenstern, Einbauküche total verschmutzt. Schränke im Schlafzimmer haben wir selbst ausgewaschen. Nach Meldung an die Verwaltung und einem persönlichen Gespräch mit dem Gastgeber am Folgetag in der Wohnung wurde uns die Rückzahlung des Mietpreises zugesagt. Daraufhin reisten wir nach nur einer Nacht ab. Trotz unzähliger Telefonate, Emails und Whats App-Nachrichten und schriftlicher Ankündigung der Rückzahlung ist diese bis heute (nach 6 1/2 Wochen) nicht erfolgt. Dies riecht nach Abzocke.
