Fantastic!

Fantastic hotel that provided a very comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious and accessible. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have been good to have a kettle and some tea/coffee satchets in our room. Good price for the service provided.

We arrived after hours (8 pm) and had arranged keys via lockbox, which always makes me a bit uneasy, if there is nobody there, in case the lockbox system does not work, so I would try to arrive earlier next time. Strangely the hotel phone number is not publicly listed (what is that about?), but some third party website ended up having a number, which was somebody associated with the hotel, but not actually on duty, so all that was a bit difficult and urgently needs to be sorted out properly. But this person did end up arranging the lockbox for us, so it worked in the end. Once inside, all was well, everything is modern, well stocked, self-service style, elevator worked, which was important for my 87 year old mother. My sister walked into town next morning and came back very enthusiastic, how nice and close-by things were. It was just a short visit for the three of us, and we hope to be back and stay a bit longer then. This time it was just overnight. Car parking is readily available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. It was located right by the city center and was easily found by GPS although it might be more challenging without a GPS.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Allerdings habe ich ein EZ bekommen, wo vorher gut drin geraucht wurde (Kalter Rauch im Bad und Zimmer :-( ). Da ich Spätanreiser war, nach 22:00h, gab es keine Möglichkeit zur Reklamation. Leider auch defekte TV Fernbed., konnte nur ARD schauen.

Altid sikker på et dejligt ophold

Vi har benyttet hotellet mange gange i flere år ifm. gennemrejse til Italien, hvor vi har hus. Vi er altid meget tilfredse med stedet, og indehaver og personale er meget serviceorienteret og imødekommende. Vi rejser altid med vores 2 hunde, og stedet er ideelt, da der er en skøn indhegnet have, hvor hundene kan opholde sig mens man fx. spiser morgenmad. Morgenmaden er i øvrigt alle pengene værd. Denne gang rejste vi i el-bil, og minsandten om ikke hotellet tilbød mulighed for opladning af bilen til rimelig pris. Vi glæder os til at komme igen!! ❤️

Als wir ankamen, war die Rezeption nicht bedient und wir mussten anrufen, um einen Haus- und Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten. Der Gastwirt war sehr freundlich am nächsten Tag, das Frühstück war sehr gut.
