Vista Ridge - Northlake

Vista Ridge Retreat is a newly developed, spacious 4-bedroom holiday home located in Northlake, Wanaka. This 190m² retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is designed with families and couples in mind, providing ample space and modern comforts for a relaxing and memorable stay. The property boasts an outdoor seating area with a BBQ and fireplace, perfect for alfresco dining.

Bedrooms:
• Master Bedroom: Indulge in ultimate comfort and luxury with a restful night on a brand-new, plush king-size bed, designed to provide the perfect end to your day of adventure.

• Bedroom 2: Our personal favourite, this room features a queen-size bed. Wake up to breathtaking views of Roy's Peak, adding a touch of scenic beauty to your stay.

• Bedroom 3 & 4: Each can be configured with either two full length single beds or one super king-size bed, offering flexibility to suit your needs. We will confirm your preferred setup before your stay.

Living Area:
Relax in style on our plush lounge suite while soaking in the breathtaking mountain views from the north-facing lounge and private covered balcony. This serene space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Entertainment:
Stay entertained with a 65" smart TV with Bluetooth sound bar, offering a range of apps such as Netflix, Prime, Apple and much more. For those cozy indoor days, we provide a selection of books and games for everyone to enjoy.

Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and NutriBullet blender, making meal preparation a breeze.

Laundry:
Enjoy the convenience of a brand-new full-size washing machine and dryer, ensuring you have everything you need for an extended stay.

Our property features a spacious garage designed for convenience and adventure. It accommodates one vehicle and includes a dedicated ski rack and bike rack for those that travel with their equipment. For biking enthusiasts, a workstation is available for any maintenance needs. The garage also stores tennis rackets and basketballs for all to enjoy.

Outdoor Seating Area:
Enhance your stay with our inviting outdoor seating area, featuring a BBQ and outdoor fireplace. It's the perfect spot for alfresco dining and cozy evenings under the stars, creating memorable moments with family and friends. With a motorised louvre frame with rain sensor, you can enjoy this beautiful area in all conditions.

Our holiday home is designed for those who love the great outdoors, making it perfect for mountain biking, skiing, or hiking enthusiasts. You'll have access to local rental shops or appropriate storage if you bring your own equipment, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

For winter sports enthusiasts, our location is equidistant from Treble Cone, Cardrona, and Snow Farm ski fields, each just a 30-minute drive away.

Guests have access to the whole house, including the garage.
OUR STRICT RULES:

1. No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.

2. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, with no refund. Please note that there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.

3. Checkout is at 10:00 am: We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of your departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.

4. No smoking inside the property: Smoking, including the usage of any recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

5. Leave the property in a reasonable state: We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond the normal cleaning procedures will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for the cost of replacement or professional cleaning.

6. Board Games. We love that people play our games but please ensure games are back in their original boxes prior to departure. As its a time consuming task to put games back together there will be a $60 charge by the cleaner to action this task.

7. BBQ must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to clean the BBQ and utensils will result in a $100 charge by the cleaner.
