The Space: Luxury 2 bedroom Condo with breath-taking views of Lake Wanaka, Roys Peak & Treble Cone. The property is modern and luxurious and offers quiet and private enjoyment while only being a 5 minute flat walk into Wanaka town centre along the lake front walkway.
Great location within the complex as this condo has its own private sidewalk entrance, with parking and ski/bike storage close by. Located just 100 metres away, Marina Terraces has a spa, heated indoor swimming pool and gym complex, which is accessed by a swipe card. Ideal for those wanting the luxury of a resort setting while still being able to social distance.
Featuring your own private fenced courtyard (great for small children), a fire to relax in front of after a day up the mountains or exploring the area, this apartment is perfect to unwind in. Walk out the gate and you are at the lakefront!
A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes. Private laundry included.

Two bedrooms each with their own heat pumps. Beds are as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed with Ensuite Bedroom 2: 2 King singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests: Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Loved our time here!
This is our first time in New Zealand and this was the first place we stayed on our trip. It was the perfect way to start. The apartment was in a great location, across the street from the lake (in particular the grebe nesting area), and a short walk from the cafe's, shops etc. It's well equipped and has everything you need. We were there for 6 nights and cooked some nights, ate out others. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location was very handy. nice to have a gym and pool too. The space was sufficient though our friends staying in the Lakeside Apartments had a much larger unit and paid less for three bedrooms and a large kitchen and table for 8 than we paid for small two bedroom with a decent sized main bathroom (no tub though) and tiny ensuite. First time using a combo washer/dryer appliance - painfully slow. But everything was clean and enough insulation that we didn't need to use heat pumps at night nor electric blanket. If I hadn't seen my friend's unit and known what they paid, I would've thought it was OK value but knowing what they paid, I'd say that you should look around before booking here.
