Welcome to Alps Studio, a beautifully finished one-bedroom accommodation in the heart of Wanaka. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from town, this stylish accommodation offers the perfect combination of modern comfort, convenience and stunning mountain views.

With parking available right outside, arriving and settling in is easy. The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed with a spacious, contemporary feel, featuring beautiful wooden flooring, stylish finishes and plenty of natural light.

The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern Fisher & Paykel appliances and a large kitchen island, making it easy to enjoy everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at home. The open-plan living area provides a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring Wanaka.

The bedroom is separated from the main living space by large sliding doors and features stylish wooden detailing, a comfortable super-king bed, a flat-screen TV with Art Mode, ample storage and a comfortable couch for relaxing. An elegant boucle headboard and bedside tables with lamps add a touch of sophistication.

The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet and basin, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Shared Outdoor Facilities

Guests can enjoy a fantastic shared outdoor area, designed for relaxing after a day exploring Wanaka.

The outdoor space features:

A sheltered outdoor fire pit
A large hot tub, perfect for soaking and unwinding
Comfortable outdoor seating
A sauna coming in the next couple of months, expected by December

Please note: The outdoor facilities are shared with guests staying in the other apartments.

We provide all the essentials to help make your stay seamless, including initial supplies of toiletries, kitchen basics and more. Please note that these are starter supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.

Alps Studio is a stylish home away from home, offering contemporary comfort, a fantastic central location and beautiful mountain views — all within easy walking distance of Wanaka town centre.

Booking Verification: For the security of our guests, owners and property, verification is required for all bookings. Guests may be asked to complete a verification process prior to arrival.

With its private one-bedroom accommodation, full kitchen, modern bathroom and fantastic shared outdoor facilities, Alps Studio is a wonderful base for couples or solo travellers looking to enjoy everything Wanaka has to offer.
HOUSE RULES:

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respect for our neighbours, the following rules must be adhered to at all times:

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age to book is 25 years. The primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid ID upon request.

No parties without prior approval
Parties or gatherings are not permitted unless approved in advance. Any unauthorised events will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

No smoking inside
Smoking, including the use of recreational drugs, is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional cleaning beyond standard service will be charged at $60 per hour. All damages, spills, or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all games to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if Applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with all house rules.
