Room is clean. Pool had a lot of chlorine but was good. Staff is friendly and breakfast is great. Only reason I gave a four instead of 5 is some things need updated and modernized. Overall great.

Couple of things... the sleep I got at this motel was phenomenal. Especially considering I shared a room with two exciteded teenage girls. The bed, pillows, sheets, blankets and temperature of the room was perfect and I really have a hard time sleeping. The other things that stood out was really nice was the price considering how close it is to the resort, and how accommodating the staff was.

We stayed during a very busy weekend for the area to visit family who live in Kellogg. Local businesses were ready for the influx of tourists, but the hotel was not. They ran out of milk, bananas and other breakfast items. Staff appeared tired and maybe stretched thin. The hotel is listed as “new” on Expedia. It’s not. It’s not even renovated. A new company bought the property and slapped a new name on it. The carpet is still decades old. The room was okay. It was clean. The beds were not great. There’s no elevator, so being on the second floor meant lugging our bags up stairs. We’ll look for other accommodations the next time we visit family in Kellogg.

The FairBridge Inn was really just okay. The hotel itself is a bit run down, and my room had a funky smell. The highlight of this hotel is its location just across the street from the Silver Mountain Resort and gondola. I really liked being able to walk over to the shops and restaurants and enjoy a nice evening not in my hotel room.
