The apartment: The spacious living room in Austrian style is equipped with TV (satellite connection, DVD player) and. Radio / CD player, internet. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction cooker, combination microwave, coffee machine, toaster. The large bedroom has a 2 persons bed with 2 separate mattresses that you can put. In the living room Sofa bed for 2 pers. The bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, shower / hairdryer. On the sunny side of the apartment there is a six meter long balcony with 6 chairs.

The guest room is in the basement
(separate from the apartment and is located in the basement and is not suitable for children younger than 13 to sleep alone).

Nice apartment in beautiful area.

Property was clean and nice, Bas was responsive and communicative. Overall it was a great experience. Buying own towels and paying extra for bedding was a bit of a surprise and small inconvenience. Walchsee was beautiful.

Ruhige Lage für erholsamen Urlaub. Ausstattung ist gut, jedoch ist die Deko teilweise nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß, was aber auch nicht störend ist. Weniger günstig war allerdings, dass vier der sechs Betten (1 Doppelbett und 1 Etagenbett) in einem Raum im Keller sind. In diesem Keller-Zimmer gab es kein WLAN und auch mit dem TV-Receiver konnten keine Programme empfangen werden.

Ferienwohnung war dehr gut Gästewohnung könnte noch besder gestalzet werden ( Kochmöglichkeit im Bad, geht hsr nicht) und dehr muffig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Wunderschön

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung in Walchsee und haben die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr genossen. Dieses Mal waren wir sogar zu sechst. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle. Auch die Jugendlichen haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in einer top Lage !

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist tatsächlich alles vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. In den Ortskern läuft man 10/12 Minuten. Tolle Wanderungen sind auch direkt von der Wohnung möglich. Die Gegend ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wunderbar. Kelleranteil schwierig

Die Wohnung an sich ist prima, schöner Balkon, bequeme Sofas/Stühle, Küche gut. Das Kellerzimmer ist wirklich Keller. Hinter 2 Stahltüren. Alleine - auszuhalten wenn man nicht an Platzangst leidet. Zu mehreren kann ich mir das nicht als angenehm vorstellen

Toller Urlaub am Walchsee

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, unsere Teenager fanden es toll, dass sie ab und zu im ihre Kellerwohnung verschwinden konnten, waren aber meist nur abends dort, weil es oben heller ist. Die Fahrräder sind toll und die Lage der Fewo super.

Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten und einen schönen Südbalkon. Die Ausstattung ist völlig in Ordnung. Der einzige Minuspunkt war der, dass wir die Waschmaschine nicht zum laufen bekommen haben.

Waren zu Fünft in der Wohnung die liebevoll hergerichtet ist. Unsere Teenager schliefen im Untergeschoss , waren aber wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort. Zum Spielen könnte das Licht etwas heller sein. Ansonsten ist es sehr gemütlich. Alles Organisatorische verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft gut weiter empfehlen. Sabine und Mitreisende

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Soweit war alles nötige zum Kochen etc verfügbar. Lage war auch sehr schön und man hat wirklich seine Ruhe und kann sehr gut entspannen. Sehr gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Umgebung, Wallchsee ist eine Reise wert und wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Wirklich schöne und helle Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Aussicht ist auch wirklich schön, man hat die Berge direkt vor dem Fenster. Die Kellerwohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Etwas dunkel und trotz Entfeuchter doch feucht. Aber zum Schlafen gehts. Unsere Kinder (17 und 15) waren nur zum Schlafen unten. Jüngere Kinder würde ich nicht alleine unten schlafen lassen. Aber darauf weist der Vermieter auch hin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos und völlig unkompliziert funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Supernetter Vermieter mit gemütlicher Wohnung

Wir suchten ein Quartier für einen gemeinsamen Winterurlaub mit Sohn, Schwiegertochter und zwei kleinen Enkelkindern. Deshalb erschien uns diese Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ideal. Die Hauptwohnung im ersten Stock sprach uns sofort durch ihren gemütlichen Charme an. Besonders nett fanden wir die Idee mit dem geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum. Auch die Ausstattung mit Sitzplätzen (einschließlich stabilem Kinderstuhl) und Geschirr ist wirklich großzügig. Alle notwendigen technischen Geräte (außer Backröhre) sind vorhanden und funktionieren (spätestens nach Befolgen der detaillierten schriftlichen Anweisungen) . Unser kleiner Enkelsohn (1Jahr alt) war begeistert, dass es so viel Platz zum Spielen und Umherlaufen gab. Etwas helleres Licht besonders zum Ausleuchten des kompletten Esstisches wäre wünschenswert. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befand sich im Keller und hatte leider kein Tageslicht. Aus diesem Grund haben mein Mann und ich dieses gewählt, weil wir es für die Kleinen zu unheimlich fanden. Auch dieses Zimmer war liebevoll dekoriert und großzügig ausgestattet (mit zusätzlichem Stockbett, eigenem Fernseher, Essecke und Schrankzimmer) und besaß auch ein eigenes Bad. Unangenehm empfanden wir aber, dass das einzige Fenster nicht zu öffnen war. Man fühlte sich dadurch wie eingesperrt. Zum Glück hielten wir uns die meiste Zeit in der Wohnung oben auf und genossen den Ausblick aus dem großen Fenster. Da es in unserer Ferienwoche jeden Tag schneite und die Schneedecke jeden Tag anwuchs, waren wir froh, dass sich die Wohnung nicht am Hang befand. Dank der täglichen Schneeräumung durch den Hausmeister konnten wir auch jeden Tag mit dem Auto wegfahren.

Empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!

Vom Schneebesen bis zur Wärmflasche... die Wohnung hat alles was man zum wohnen benötigt. Einfach komplett, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Details eingerichtet. Ein Paar hellere Lampen würden der Wohnung abends gut stehen... hatten abends bei dem ein oder anderen Brett- oder Kartenspiel das Verlangen danach. 😬 Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt war es das einzige was zu optimieren wäre. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung, durch den Vermieter versorgt mit allen nötigen Informationen, ergibt als Resultat einen erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Entspannte Tage

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Und wer absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier gerade richtig. Bei Fragen ist ein sehr freundliches Hausmeisterpaar vor Ort.
