Equipped with its own access, this accommodation offers space for up to 8 people and an unrivaled level of privacy and comfort. The flat has three stylishly furnished bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and is surrounded by the picturesque landscape near Lake Walchsee Walchsee in the Kaiserwinkel, a jewel in Tyrol, attracts visitors all year round with its picturesque landscape and variety of leisure activities. The holiday flat itself is located on an idyllic farm in the middle of the Schwemm, a 65-hectare moorland and nature reserve in the municipality of Walchsee. The Schwemm was awarded the Neptune State Prize for Water 2023 in the "Water Community" category throughout Tyrol.
In summer, the region transforms into a paradise for hikers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts. The clear waters of Lake Walchsee offer ideal conditions for swimming, sailing and stand-up paddling, while the surrounding mountains and valleys with their network of hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore. Wunderbar!
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Urlaub im Marschbachhof. Sowohl das Objekt selbst, als auch die Lage und die Vermieter waren super! Wir können uns nicht beschweren. Die Vermieter standen immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung und haben geholfen. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhigen gelegen, was gerade für den Schlaf der kleinen Kinder sehr wichtig war. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab genügend Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spül- und Waschmaschine, einen Wäscheständer und einen Balkon. Die Tiere auf demHof waren das Highlight unserer Kinder. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Mitte Oktober 2024 waren wir in der Ferienwohnung am Marschbach Hof.
Der Empfang von Tanya war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr sauber und 1A ausgestattet. In der Küche ist vom Pizzaroller, Teesieb oder Knoblauchpresse alles vorhanden. So eine gut ausgestattete Küche hatten wir bislang noch nicht. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß. Zwei haben direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Unsere Kinder haben das Hochbett gefeiert. Durch Zimmerpflanzen und geschmackvoller Deko fühlt man sich schnell wie zu Hause. Man merkt an allen Ecken, wie viel Mühe in dieser Wohnung steckt und das alles dafür getan wird, dass Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Unsere Tochter wurde regelmäßig von Tanya abgeholt und durfte bei den Tieren helfen. Das waren für sie besonders schöne Erlebnisse. Bei Fragen hat Tanya innerhalb kurzer Zeit geantwortet. Es gibt einen Schrank mit Gesellschaftsspielen. Zudem kann man in der Umgebung gut mit Hunden spazieren gehen. Überall gibt es kostenlose Hundebeutel. Zum Ort geht man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Dank der Gästekarte kann man mit dem Auto im Ort und Umgebung umsonst parken. Zudem gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für groß und klein. Wir hatten auch großes Glück mit dem Wetter und Mitte Oktober zum Teil über 20 Grad. Gut erholt fahren wir nach Hause und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jeden empfehlen und würden auch mehr als 5 Sterne geben.
