Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the hotel as the room with disabled access was water damaged. The receptionist did show us other rooms, but these were all unsuitable as their access to bathroom was restricted. The receptionist did however arrange for us to stay at another hotel of the group which was nearby. Excellent service by the recptionist.

The Room was ok and good enough for what we nweded it for, Room 15, G/F. The shower head was loose, and thete was no soap in the dispenser within the showe.
