This property is located in the bus/train station complex and a short train ride to Kansai airport. Facilities look brand new and you have everything you need right there in the building as far as food and shopping. This is the gateway station to the Wakayama coast and a short ride back into Osaka. Walk into the mall and look for the signs on the elevator for S3 floor 6. Best and for sure the cleanest capsule hotel I have been in. I will be back!

ホテル内に別のホテルがあるとは思わないので、探すののに時間がすごくかかりました。 ホテルの看板や案内があればよいのですが、別のホテルの宴会場でようやく看板を目にしました。 受け付けの方のホテル地用の案内も質問とは別の回答が返ってきたり、小言でよく分かりませんでした。

部屋は清潔でした。普段触らないようなところも、埃が無かったので、清掃が行き届いてあると思います。お風呂とトイレは部屋には無く共同ですが、こちらも清潔でした。

湯船内でスマホを使っている中国人客がいて、スタッフに注意してもらったが、湯船から上がって、体を洗うスペースでスマホを使い続けていて不快だった。スタッフの中途半端な対応に残念でした。

一泊しました。 駅近で近くにスーパーや百貨店もあるため便利でした。 ホテル内では基本的に音を出すのはNGでイヤホン必須ですがスマホのアラームを鳴らしている方もいたので他の客次第で快適さは変わってくると思います。 フロントの方やサービスは非常に良いです。

浴場があるのはのびのびできてよかったのですが、シャワールームがないこともあり、使い方のわからないインバウンドの方の入浴マナーに辟易しました。脱衣場でスマホ撮影がダメなことなど、客側から伝えるのはパワーが必要。パブリックスペースでの滞在は疲れました。

近くの体育館でバドミントンの試合があり、私はその応援・観戦のあと利用しました。当然ながら、選手の方々の利用もありました。団体の方々はどうしても音や声が出やすいですが、静かな雰囲気のおかげで気にならず過ごせました。

和歌山駅からすごく近いです。グランドホテル和歌山の6階に入り口があります。近くに近鉄やNIO コンビニなど買い物にも不自由しません。室内は綺麗です。女性エリアの利用者は海外の方が多かったです。ワイドタイプの部屋を選んだので室内にスーツケースも広げられて過ごしやすかったです。
