Make the most of the summer days and open the large stacker door for indoor outdoor flow and sit out on the covered deck admiring the views and breath in the fresh air. A hooded BBQ is available to cook outdoors with a pizza stone also.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, air fryer benchtop oven, twin hotplates and essential crockery, pots and pans, glasses and mugs. The essential tea, coffee, milk etc are provided.
As the sun sets and the evening draws, soak up the atmosphere by toasting some marshmallows on the outside fire or relax in the stone bath looking out to the lake or under the outside rain shower under the stars.
Head out to enjoy many natural wonders in the surrounding area – Waikite Valley Thermals Pools, Waikite Golf Course, Waiotapu Thermal Wonderland, Rainbow Mountain, Kerosine Creek, Hot and Cold Pools are all 5 minutes’ drive away. Waimangu Volcanic Valley is 12 minutes. Or for some recreational activities, the Waikite Golf Club is 5 minutes away, and the Rotorua Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest is 15 minutes’ drive, which hosts more than 180km of trials for mountain biking, walking or running.
This is a slice of paradise perfectly located to a variety of attractions and amenities, with Rotorua an easy 20 minute drive and Taupo a 40-minute commute.
