Welcome to our gorgeous old homestead on Norfolk Rd, Carterton. We welcome our guests to stay and embrace lifestyle living. Our bed and breakfast offers a private room with its own access and ensuite bathroom. We can provide a continental breakfast at $15pp if arranged 48hrs prior to arrival. Otherwise there is space along with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and cutlery. We can also provide an air-frier on request. We are just a short distance to plenty of delicious places to eat within the Wairarapa region and local supermarket and services are just a minute drive away. We are also within UberEats delivery.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a refrigerator and an electric kettle.

Lovely Rural Setting With Animals

Lovely character home with some interesting quirks. Has peaceful stream running through the property, and a lake. Very comfortable with a covered deck outside the room. Really good water pressure. Copious animals to amuse. Really friendly dogs to welcome guests but not at all annoying. Dopey sheep the driveway but quite easy to round up if a couple decide to make a break for it when opening the gate! Very satisfying once accomplished. Need to order breakfast separately but excellent options in Carterton and Grey Town about ten minutes away. Would stay again if needing accommodation in the area.Thank you for yiour hospitality.

We felt very welcomed, the beautiful surroundings and the wonderful hosts. It was a great place to come at the end of a long day and unwind. We love every minute of it. We love the welcoming from the dogs, and the visits as well. We wished we were staying longer as we just enjoyed the whole experience from beginning to end. Thanks again to our hosts your were amazing.
