Perfectly positioned close to the CSU, RAAF Base & Kapooka plus Wagga's two Hospitals. Approx 200m to the Turf Club & 800m to the RSL club. Major Shopping centres, Restaurants and Pubs are all only a few minutes away. Perfectly positioned at the end of one of Wagga's most trendy quite Cult de sac's. Guaranteed to please.
Each unit consists of a Full Kitchen, Lounge and dining area, Brand new Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms with Built-in robes. 7kg Washer and Dryer.
Parking spots available directly in front of units.
There are 5 x 2 bedroom units available within the complex.

Available 24hrs a day with any issues at all.
