This must be Jordan's worst hotel, disinterested staff, poor food, dirty grassy dirty everywhere, tablecloths with burn holes, no hygiene items at all, only one bed in the room, no chairs or tables, only seating that was in the bar and where one could sit because there the staff lay and slept.

We enjoyed our stay at the camp very much. Everything was great: food, service and atmosphere in general. We spent a memorable night in the desert watching the stars and listening to traditional Arabic music.

I enjoyed sand rose camp. Great shisha. Excellent food: side dish, lamb, potato.... all cocked in land. Sunset is beautiful. Just go there, you want regret. They will teach you arab dance. Excellent experience. I wish to come here again. Superb camp sand rose camp.

Great stay, enjoyed every moment. Would recommend, 10/10!!! Loved every minute spent with locals. It was superb, mountains are amazing, stargazing is perfect, sunset was extraordinary, service was outstanding!!

It was definetly the best experience while in Jordan. The food(amazing zarb) was fantastic. The party afterwards was as great. Service is great as well as the facilities. Thanks to all the staff of the sand rose camp

Fine camp with all facilities you need. You can have good food, sisha, cold drinks with fine accommodation. The electricity does not work at rooms during the day, but given the desert, it’s ok. Overall good stay for those, who don’t expect 5*hotel in the middle of the desert.

The unit we got was nothing like the pictures shown. I wish I had taken pictures. The room was plain concrete with a small rug on one side, no hooks to hang wet towels, no toiletries. No lock outside the room. The bathroom was one room affair, no enclosure to the shower as shown in the ad. It rained and roof in front of entrance to the room leaked. The temperature was in the 50Fs, there was no heater in the room. We were unable to sit outside due to wet furniture. Food was good, staff were okay. My advice: look at the unit first before you bring your things in. If you get one of the units I am describing, call another campground to come pick you up. Get a refund for false advertising.

The camp is nice, but very close to two other camps, there is a small show that is also entertaining. The rooms are good and have bathrooms inside. We had a good time there. We highly recommend the 4x4 excursion

This place is best avoided. The pics on booking.com show decent rooms, the room I was given was awful, it was part of a row of joined rooms that have zero soundproofing so could hear everything and I mean everything from the room next door. There is no way to lock the door from the outside which meant you couldn't leave anything in the room. I asked for a better room (like the ones shown on the booking.com page) but they wanted to charge me nearly double. But what really upset me the most was that they had a disco at night and the music was unbelievably loud, so loud that I was unable to talk to my family even when in my room which was quite far from the central area. I came to Wadi Rum to enjoy the silence of the desert and could not believe that this nightmare could be happening. In desperation I called another camp who came to fetch me and I found myself having the Wadi Rum experience I had dreamed of. There is nothing real about SandRose camp, and there are much nicer other camps around.
