The apartment is amazing. Beautiful rooms, very spacious, good sauna, quiet countryside location. Everything is very clean and tidy. The family is lovely and friendly. Nice traditional restaurant a little walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht

Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Sohn waren super freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen- es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und die Sauberkeit war absolut top. Besonders die frische Milch und die Eier jeden Morgen waren ein Highlight. Und nicht zu vergessen die Sauna- wir konnten die Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Unser kleiner Sohn hat sogar geweint als wir abgefahren sind. Absolut empfehlenswert - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Total ruhig und entspannend. Schöne Sauna. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Küchenhandtücher, Spüllappen, Spülmaschinen-Taps, Bettwäsche vorhanden sogar Kaffeebohnen für den Automaten und Gewürze, seit Corona eher eine Seltenheit. Alles da, was man benötigt. Jeden Morgen bekommt man auf Wunsch frische Bio-Milch und Bio-Eier und auch ein Getränk, je nach Verfügbarkeit. Frische Brötchen können über ein "Semmelflitzer" vorbestellt werden. es gibt ein gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Tolle Vermieterfamilie. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit viel Herz

Wir haben uns zum 1. Mal bei Rosi eingemietet und waren sofort positiv überrascht von der hochwertigen Ausstattung, der Liebe zum Detail und den kleinen Extras, die die nette Gastgeberin zur Verfügung stellt. Hochstuhl und Kinderbett für unser Baby waren gar kein Problem, außerdem gibt es auf Wunsch jeden Tag frische Brötchen geliefert und Eier und Milch direkt vom Hof. Auch um ein nettes Wort oder einen guten Tipp zur Freizeitsgestaltung ist Rosi nie verlegen und mit Spielzeug, Fahrzeugen und einer Schaukel für Kinder mangelt es auch vor Ort nicht an nettem Zeitvertreib. Man kann zu Fuß ins nächste Gasthaus spazieren, ansonsten liegt der Hof total idyllisch im Grünen und man hört nur Grillen und Kuhglocken, wenn man den Abend auf dem schönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge genießt. Wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke für alles :)

Diese moderne Wohnung in der Nähe von Bad Tölz ist eine wahre Wohlfühloase. Mit ihrer geschmackvollen Einrichtung, geräumigen Räumen und hochwertigen Möbeln bietet sie einen komfortablen Rückzugsort.
