Vineyard House and Private Lake

This private residential estate, known as Front Proch Vineyards, consists of 25 acres overlooking a serene lake, grapevines & woodlands. Located 1 hour south of Lincoln, NE this beautiful property has much to offer. For the person who loves the outdoors, there’s prime fishing, boating, photographing, walking paths, gardens, & tranquil beauty everywhere. The main house has 3500 sqft with a large wraparound porch. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open concept, an updated kitchen, and a first-floor primary suite.

There is an outdoor propane gas grill. Guests should clean the grill after use.

You are welcome to roam the entire estate. Privacy will be respected on the 25 acres but there are three dwellings that are available to guests. You may not bring unauthorized visitors since they are not covered under VRBOs protection policies. Vehicles will be monitored entering the vineyard.

No unauthorized visitors or vehicles are allowed. Parties are not allowed in any dwelling or on the grounds. Boats must be pre-approved. Catch and release of fish from lake only. Smoking is not permitted in any dwelling on the property.

No more than 10 guests are allowed in the Vineyard House. No pets of any kind are allowed inside the house or on the porch.

Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio.

Time and space away from the norm.

Stayed here for the OU/NU game and wish we came a day earlier to enjoy the property. It was peaceful and great for the kids to run around. Adults sat out on the back porch in the evening with beverages and sipped coffee in the morning. Loved it.

Hidden Gem

What a hidden gem in rural Nebraska! We were looking for a get away close to home and this was the perfect place for a peaceful mini-vacation. We spent a lot of time on the water or sitting on the deck enjoying the view. There were three friendly farm cats which we had fun interacting with. We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we are in the market for a short get away!

The Good Life

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views are incredible and the wrap around porch is perfect to take it all in. We were lucky that no one had rented the other unique rental on the property so we had all of the property to ourself! We canoed on the fishing lake (it’s not a swimming lake), we relaxed by the fire pit and we loved the baby sheep! The only thing I feel is important to note is the WiFi is not the greatest so I wouldn’t plan a working trip but it’s perfect to disconnect and relax!
