The entire villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing maximum privacy and comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms have access to a shared balcony with a sea view. Carefully selected materials and sophisticated details emphasize the luxurious character of the space, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
