Your 3-room semi-detached house offers 105 square meters of living space spread over two levels. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate toilet on the main floor.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony. The property features forced-air heating, a 16 square meter balcony, and a 30 square meter terrace that is partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a view of the sea. Additional amenities include a safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. Parking for one car is reserved at the house.
