Beautiful Villa Pepina is located near the beaches, nestled within the picturesque landscape near the town of Vrbnik.
The location serves as an excellent starting point for all kinds of excursions suitable for the entire family.
Additionally, it's an ideal area for wine and gastronomy enthusiasts. Moreover, Villa Pepina is a lovingly crafted stone house where you can find tranquility and relaxation.
The various wooden and stone elements, in particular, give Villa Pepina its typical coastal house charm.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area, storage room, and a separate toilet.
The upper floor consists of two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own bathroom.
It's worth mentioning that one of the bedrooms also includes an additional sofa bed, making it perfect for family vacations.

Wir hatten noch nie ein so tolles Ferienhaus! Die Eigentümer haben auf jedes Detail geachtet. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Selten, dass man in ein Ferienhaus reinkommt und sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.Der Eigentümer hatte sich aus der Ferne gut gekümmert. Das hat den Eindruck noch positiv verstärkt. Alles ist gut beschrieben. Hätten wir etwas nicht gefunden oder zu bedienen gewusst, hätten wir jederzeit fragen können.Die Lage ist toll, mitten auf der Insel, so dass man schnell überall hinkommt. Zum Strand waren es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen für das Nötigste ist im Ort.Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool. Mit gut 1,4 m Tiefe konnten wir ihn gut nutzen. Sehr sauber. Großer Schirm, viele Sonnenliegen mit bequemen Auflagen.Das Ferienhaus hält alles, was es verspricht. Urlaub zum Entspannen!

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt durchweg genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die gängigen Alltagsgegenstände, die in vielen anderen Unterkünften unbedacht fehlen, waren hier vorhanden. Mückenschutz und Insektenschutz durchweg vorhanden. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Warmes Duschwasser jederzeit verfügbar, einen Hocker für die Kleinen, Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt. Beide Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils ein Bad en suite. Im EG ist nochmal ein WC vorhanden. Alles in allem ein gemütliches und einladendes Haus. Vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten und schönen Aufenthalt.
