Updated hotel at a good price

The rooms were very nice and large, especially for a French hotel. The bathroom had a really nice shower. The room was very quiet and was next to a park. There is also an onsite restaurant. I would stay here again if I was visiting Vittel.

Spacious room and well priced

Spacious room for a French hotel, located downtown and close to restaurants, bakeries, the casino and a big park. The hotel's parking is not free but it is easy to park around the block at walking distance. Room clean and comfortable, with a fridge. Nice bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood. The receptionist spoke English. Very nice stay.

Hotel has minimal services. Reception lady good and helpful. Car parking in yard out back, not so secure as claimed. No link to hotel from car park, giving 200 metre drag of luggage from far end of car park to hotel at street entrance.

Sejour convenable pour 1 nuit - lors de mon enregistrement par Hotel.com j'avais demande que l'hotel me reserve 1 table au restaurant du casino. Cela n'a pas ete fait sans qu'on me previenne. Pour les reservations en ligne enlevez la case :demande particuliere puisqu'elle ne sera pas suivi d'effet. De plus malgre la pub faite le parking n'etait pas gratuit. Bref je n'irai plus dans cet hotel.

Erreur de surclassement et déménagement de chambre

Surclassement sympa mais finalement erreur, alors que je commençais à prendre place dans les lieux, on frappe à la porte pour me déménager… Pas cool même si le personnel reste agréable, lorsqu’on fait une erreur, on assume. Pas de chauffage dans la nouvelle chambre Petit déjeuner très copieux mais un peu cher tout de même
