Renovated Historic 2BR Condo In Volterra Minutes From Piazza dei Priori
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom 1 bath property is centrally located (less than 5 minutes by walk from Piazza dei Priori). It is on the 2nd floor of a historic palazzo and is ideal for 3 adults. We can also provide a crib for an infant. This historic property has been fully renovated. The roof of the property and the living room and kitchen floors are hundreds of years old.
THE SPACE:
The entire property will feel open, airy and well lit. The master bedroom is spacious. This room has a rack for hanging your clothes, a small closet and a dresser in addition to a long mirror. This bedroom also has a 55 inch television. We can provide a crib in the master bedroom for an infant.
The second bedroom is smaller and has a "hide a bed chair" which can be unfolded and is suitable for an adult or child. This bedroom also has an office space. From this room, you can enjoy a nice view of a side street of Volterra.
There is an open living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has a combination microwave/oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator. From this space there are limited views of the center of the palazzo and the rooftops.
Adjacent to the living room and the small bedroom, there is a modern bathroom. This bathroom has a spacious shower area.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This property is on the second floor. There are no elevators, However, the stairs are wide and easy to navigate. There is no air conditioning at this point. The bedrooms and the living room have floor fans. This property also does not have free parking, but there are several paid parking lots within walking distance.
